I see no reason to add anything to my original answer in your third in this series of 6 duplicates: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/62616#answer_74169 You ignored that so why should I do anything else?

What does this have to do with code generation and matlab coder? If you do need to generate C code for the project then your choice of methods will be significantly constrained.

The tags you are using such as "ocr" suggest that this is a continuation of your question http://www.mathworks.co.uk/matlabcentral/answers/62616-text-extraction-from-video-matlab-code . If so then please edit that question with more details, and delete this question.

Can he delete it once comments have been added? If not, we'll have to do it.

I've closed this question, because it has been answered already in the other thread. I hesitate to delete questions, but I recommend the OP to do this.
