HOW TO CONNECT CAMERA THROUGH MATLAB

I am working on online image processing for fruits, we are using teledyne DALSA camera, which is connecting through, ether net cable, i checked in mathwork website, and i confirmed that matlab is having access to TELEDYNE genie-c1600 camera but still we are unable to connect it, please any buddy help me.

Please clarify the apparent contradiction between "matlab is having access to" and "we are unable to connect it". I don't understand that. What does access mean, if not connecting to it? With imaqtool (in the Image Acquisition Toolbox), can you get a live preview or capture snapshots, or not? If not, what does "access" mean to you?
