The Foscam F18918W supports only MJPEG (Motion JPEG) for streaming video. MATLAB does not at present offer any facility for accepting streams of MJPEG. (It also does not have any facility for accepting streams of MPEG-4.) MATLAB has facilities for reading from files that contain MJPEG, but not from streams of it.
You might possibly be able to get somewhere if you happen to be on MS Windows, and you connect using the ActiveX controls that the product supports.
