how can i read and work with <40x113x4 uint8> type of image the 4 SamplesPerPixel is the problem?

how can i read and work with uint8 types of image the 4 at the end ( SamplesPerPixel) is the problem!, I cant read it. i have this image after processing before it has 40x113x3 uint8.

You will have to come up with your own reader if you have some custom type of file.
