Where can I find the 'start' button and drop down menu in MATLAB R2012b

In MATLAB R2010a, there is a 'start' button on the bottom of left hand corner which allows me to access everything in MATLAB such as Toolboxes etc. But I don't see this 'start' button in MATLAB R2012b. Where can I find it so that I can open the toolboxes and other stuff easily.
I don't see the drop down menu such as file, edit, view, debug, parallel, desktop etc in MATLAB R2012b either. Please advise.

There has been a UI changed since R2012a
You can find all the toolbox GUIs under the Apps tab on the top which used to be under the start menu.
You can find the parallel etc on the home tab on the top and you can explore the editor tab for more editor specific options.
