M/M/2/10 Markov chain

Hi,
i want to simulate a M/M/2/10 queuing system with following variation:
server B is activated only when the number of customers in the system is greater than k (k = 1,…, 9). In every other case, arriving customers are routed to server A while server B remains idle. Customers arrive according a Poisson process with mean arrival rate i. λ = 0.5, ii. λ = 1 and iii. λ = 1.5 customers per second. Both servers have an exponential service time distribution with a mean service rate of μA = 2 customers/sec and μB = 0.5 customers/sec respectively.
