How to get a fraction of rectangle area when only part of rectangle is located between two circles .

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi,
I have two circles and one rectangle. portion of rectangle is located between the portion of circles. That means rectangle and circles are intersect each other. The orientation of rectangle can be any direction.
I am interested to calculated the portion of the rectangle area lying in between circles, with in the circle and out side circle.
If there any procedure we can do that.
Kindly suggest me how to handle this problem (or is there any Matlab commands or is there any open source codes I can use it for this problem).

I can formulate this question with an appropriate attachment (figure). But I do not know how to do that. Can someone suggest how to attach Figure to this.
