Is there a consultant to provide signal analysis and algorithm development assistance?

We require assistance in developing an algorithm to interpret an analog signal. Can you anyone provide assistance?

You will get assistance in this forum, if you explain the details of your problem. If you want to hire somebody, please explain this explicitly. But then I'm not sure, if this forum is the right location.
