Hello I do unmanned control for quadrotor helicopter in simulink. I did control algorithm with step change desired trajectory. Now I want make more complex desired trajectories i.e. the helicopter take-off describes a trajectory and returns in starting position. The problem is that I don't know how to describe and program this kind trajectories. If anyone have any ideas how this can happen I would be grateful.

That question is way too general to be answered, so you'll have to elaborate.
If you only want to know how to use more complex signals than a simple step in Simulink, then you should have a look at the Source blocks in the Simulink Library, in particular the From Workspace block.
