handwrriten hindi character recognition

for my final year project i am doing on "handwritten hindi character recognition."

we are using moments for feature extraction purpose and multilayer perceptron network as claasifir.

we have implemented pre-processing stage by own but we are unable to continue with further part.

we have googled enough but there were no code available for further part.

with lots of hopes i am posting this thread here.

Did you try this link: http://iris.usc.edu/Vision-Notes/bibliography/char1031.html#Devanagari,%20Indic,%20Hindi,%20Hindu,%20Bangla,%20Bengali,%20Telugu,%20Characters? It has a list of all papers where algorithms for that were discussed. As is usually the case, papers don't give source code because that would take up way too many pages of the journal. You can try asking the authors if they can sell you their code.
