I wrote a code that contains functions from image processing's toolbox I want to write the same function but this time the code need to use functions only from computer vision's toolbox. I know that it is possible to find almost every functions from image processing's toolbox in computer vision's toolbox. Where can I find a lookup table that convert function from one toolbox to another one

The Computer Vision System Toolbox requires the Image Processing Toolbox, so why do you want to try and separate the two? You may well find that CVST functions may use IPT functions under the hood in some instances so you won't be avoiding IPT.
