How can I divide an image into 64 blocks through the centre of gravity of the image?

The center of gravity is already known using region props but how do I program it to divide the image into 4 blocks through the center of gravity and then further subdivide each block until 64 blocks is gotten.

Do you only want to know the sizes? Those can be calculated without doing the block division.

No, I also want to calculate the cell orientation of the blocks gotten. Thank you.

Repeated applications of mat2cell(). But you need to define what output data structure you want.
