How to command Matlab to plot a data with the best convergence values?

Good day all, Please i have a data in the form u(101,6,51) and n=[0:0.1:10]. How can i command MATLAB to choose and plot the best converging column vector in u vs n. Assume that u(:,3,20) have the best converging values. Thank you very much
