May I know what is crossover index and mutation index in GA? How to find these two indices in both command line and GUI? Is there a function to calculate the values?

The 'Selection' vector contains the indices of the individuals that are chosen to create the next generation. Based on the number of elite, crossover, and mutant children to be generated, the first group of indices describes parents of the elite children, the next group describes pairs of parents to form the crossover children, and the last group of indices is the parents of the mutation children.
The best way to visualize the genealogy of the population over generations is to use @gaplotgenealogy as the plot function. This can be set using gaoptimset().
