minimal polynomials for a galois extension field

i have a galois field generated by:
primpoly = 1 0 1 1
m = 4( assumed)
indx = [0:1:2.^m-1]; %power index
U = gftuple(indx(:),primpoly,p)
how to find the minimalpolynomials for the field?
