Plotting Matrices of Coordiantes

I have written a matlab code that generates the x-cooridante of a lot of points into a matrix called X, and similarly a matrix called y. These are both 100x10 matrices. I am having trouble figuring out how to plot all the points into a 2-D plot. It should be a simple solution, but I have done a lot of looking and cannot seem to find what I need. Any help would be much appreciated!

For the matrices X and Y, you can plot as follows:
plot(X(:),Y(:),'r+')
You just convert the matrices to vectors and use the plot command.
