How to implement this stimulus current as a mathematical equation, and in matlab

in my simulation, i need to apply a stimulus current (i_stim) which is a biphasic electrical current with no interphase gap at a frequency of 3.125khz. The current pulses are rectangular. how would i represent this variable??
