How to create integrator with s-function builder

Hi I now experimenting with s-function builder and I would like to create an s-function that would take a constant input and give 3 outputs. In the first output integrating once the input, in the second integrating twice the input and in the third integrating three times the input. Can you explain me how I should fill the tabs in the s-function builder to create this? Thank you in advance
