Hi all, i have the signal received from hydrophone which is a voltage and time series data for a frequncy of 10 kHz . i want to apply downsampling for 1khz,2khz 3khz,4khz.....9,10khz . how ill get all sperate frequncies?DCT IS CORRECT SOLUTION?

I have applied wavelet toolbox haar and db but dt gives me output only for fix frequencies. :( IS dr any method to get seperate downsampling for different frequncies?
