hi,all how i can add to my signal see x additive white gaussian noise with flat power spectral density in matlab

There are a lot of functions you can use to do that, depends on what toolbox you have and how you want to specify the nature of the noise:

White noise already means that: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_noise
awgn and wgn will do this for you
