Converting vector data (u,v,w) at discrete points (x,y,z) to a format that stream3 can use.

I have collected data on a 3 axis gantry that consist of field strength vector components (u,v,w) at regular x,y,z steps. Now, I would like to plot the streamline data. I can not seem to get the spreadsheet column arrays formatted properly to use stream3.

Anybody got any ideas?

PS I have searched other threads for this and have not found a single one that got a successful resolution.
