Solving this I get
%%Solve the system given by KKT conditions
S = solve(g1==0,g2==0,g3==0, cs1==0, x1, x2, x3, m1);
sol=[S.x1, S.x2, S.x3, S.m1]
Warning: The solutions are parametrized by the symbols:
z = C_
What does the C_ means? Is it just any constant or there are constraint on what value can z take?

Yes, any constant. The symbol would start with "R" for real-valued constants, and would start with "Z" for integer-valued constants.
