Instrument Control Toolbox (tmtool) problem with windows 7,through NI 488.2 GPIB -USB cable

Hi, I updated my OS from Win XP to Win 7, and The matlab instrument control toolbox does not see from tmtool,but ni-visa communicates with the tools. How do I fix this problem? thanks, Ozan.
