Why do I see the error "Something Unexpected Occurred" when installing the License Manager?

This error may be caused by spaces in the username and/or special characters like "&". To resolve the issue, please install on a profiles with no spaces in the username and/or special characters.

You may also attempt to copy the installer into to a directory that does not contain special characters and whitespaces, then launch it from there.
