bintprog out of memory error

I am trying to use bintprog with a decision variables array with 3000 entries and it is coming up with an error saying out of memory. Looking at the memory the maximum possible array is 176MB, should this be causing a memory error, are 3000 variables too many for use in bintprog?

Hard to know what's happening. You should post your complete error messages.

Having changed nothing it started working the next day with no errors, not sure what happened. Thank you for looking at my problem.
