If any is publicly available, it might possibly be in the File Exchange (click the link above). Otherwise a web search might find something if you're lucky. Or: write it yourself. Or, last resort, travel to Sacramento California and start asking passersby on downtown streets or farms, "Hey buddy, know where I can get a good Sacramento soil moisture accounting model?"
