Hello,
I would like to implement a PCA on a matrix but when I use the princomp function ([COEFF,SCORE] = princomp(X)), Matlab shows me this:
??? Undefined function or method 'princomp' for input arguments of type 'double'.
Even typing in "princomp" results in:
File 'princomp' not found.
Statistics toolbox is installed and licensed (i.e Symbolic Math Toolbox Version 5.2 R2009a) and I've tried using "which princomp" and "rehash toolboxcache" prior to this command but with no success.
Do I need anything specifically in the Current Directory for the princomp function to be activated?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

The toolbox you just cited is the Symbolic Math Toolbox. That is not the same as the Statistics Toolbox.
Are you sure you have the stats toolbox?

I had the same problem.
go the Preall.m function
change line this function with pca
like this :
[COEFF,Prealligned_source] = pca(source);
[COEFF,Prealligned_target] = pca(target);
