How do I intorduce a Step Input of voltage to Matlab

Hi does anyone know how to Introduce a step input in Matlab

I have 2 values and 2 input

what i need is to have the first value start at 5.6v for 2.5s than drop to 5.4v for 2.5s

the second to do the opposite 2.4 for the first 2.5s and 2.6 for the next 2.5s

and i need the simulation to run for 20s
