Bar chart with two y-axis and different scales

Hi

I want to plot the data of a 3x4 matrix (three groups each containing 4 data) in a bar chart with two y-axis and different scales. Below is the chart I have made in Excel:

My major problem is to define two y-axis for the bar chart with different scales (lower scale for small numbers and higher scale for large numbers).

Any help in this regard is really appreciated.

ha=plotyy(X1,Y1,X2,Y2,@bar,@bar)

to tell plotyy to use bar chart for each axis w/ the data as given in the two sets of X,Y pairs
