How to generate the user defined option while right clicking the simulink model blocks?

dear Sir/Madam,

I have to execute my m script. But this has to be executed whenever i select the particular model block and while right clicking the block and the user defined options below the "help" option should be made available. For eg., there should be an option like "run" below the existing "help". Once i click this my m script should execute. Is there anyway to bring this? Because this gives us user friendliness to run my m script. Kindly share your suggestion on this.

I don't think your question is clear. Do you mean that you are using a MATLAB Function block in your Simulink model and you want to run the MATLAB code from your model?
