Fitensemble Cost Not Working Correctly

Fitensemble cost does not work correctly. The cost does not work for small values but when changed to a greater value it shows some changes. The confusion matrix with cost matrix of [0 1000000000;1 0] is [93 1 ;7 55] and with cost function of [0 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000; 1 0] is [94 0; 62 0]. Are these big numbers normal? It is ordinary to use smaller misclassification costs. Can someone please help?
