How to integrate SimHydraulics and Simmechanics model

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi
I have a model which is an integration of SimHydraulics and SimMechanics model. When I am simulating it, I am getting lot of vibration in stroke of hydraulic cylinder. When I am testing it separately ( i.e. only the SimHydraulics model), it is working fine but after integrating with SimMechanics model it is giving vibration and pressure jerks. Can anybody tell me how can I solve this problem.
Thanks

An example showing how to combine hydraulic models and Simscape Multibody models is contained in the Simscape Multibody Parts Library, which is available on the MATLAB Central File Exchange. This would be a good place to begin.
It is important to check the connection between the two domains. Make sure any filter constants you have aren't too slow. Also make sure you have put in some damping. If you post your file we could take a look at it.
