How can I automatically measure the area underneath peaks on multiple datasheets?

Hi, I've got a little problem with matlab. As described in the title I want to measure the area under spectroscopic peaks (i.e. simple integration) on multiple datasets. Since I have several hundred sets of data I want to build a script that does this automatically to multiple datasets either simultanously or consecutively. I just stumbled upon a little something called iPeak ( http://terpconnect.umd.edu/~toh/spectrum/PeakFindingandMeasurement.htm) wich should do peak analysis pretty well but I haven't tried it yet. As for the automation though I have no clue on how to realise it since I'm not very fond of coding and am new to matlab.
