I am trying to simulate a model from 0 to 5 seconds, but I want the scopes to track and store a specific time interval, which does not start from 0.How is that possible?

You must change some setting in your scope properties:
click on your scope properties, then choose history and uncheck limit data points to last

I have the same problem. I simulate from 0 to tend, but need to crop the initial part of simulation (with wild transients, which are also 100% unavoidable) in order to be able to use the "AutoScale" option conveniently. So I'd like the scope to show the data in, say, [3 tend] and not to display the initial time interval [0 3).
I've found no solution so far (the "Time range" option only allows to set the time interval starting from 0), and I think this was the initial problem here as well
