Connect to ODBC

When I type querybuilder into the command window I get a pop up window error that says, "Unable to open ODBC.INI". What can I do so I can connect to my databases?

Then I suggest you either download the new version, or use the work-around given in the page I pointed you to.

Are you using a version older than R2010b? This page indicates that there was a bug, fixed in R2010b:

For future reference, googling the exact error message from MATLAB will often lead to a solution.
