How to mesh a triangle on space with a hole inside

Hy all, I am trying to do a simple mesh for a triangle with a hole on its middle, I've been trying some libraries, (and triangulation functions in matlab), but it has not worked for my purpose, I cannot add nodes on the triangle because of the problem i am trying to solve.

Is there some triangulation algorithm more or less straight forward that could help me?
