Model VCO frequency variation due to supply voltage variation in simulink

I would like to model VCO (Voltage Control Osicillator) frequency variation due to supply voltage varaition in simulink. I have already obtain some data in cadence about how VCO frequency will change due to different supply voltage variation frequency. How can I model it in the simulink? Should I add a noise souce at the output of VCO or I can pass the output of VCO through some elements that can change the phase/frequency of the signal?

In your exercise, you can employ [VCO] block of Simulink. Note that this block can be found inside Coomunication toolbox and capable of generating a signal with a frequency shift from the Quiescent frequency parameter that would be proportional to the input signal.

Thank you for your answer! Maybe I did not make this question clear. The supply voltage is not Vctrl of the VCO. It is the Vdd of the circuit. So my situation is that I have a VCO which can change frequency responding to changing Vctrl. But this VCO also may sightly varies frequency due to the noise in the Vdd. So I wonder how can I model this frequency change due to the noise in the Vdd.
