Hi Guys, There is a built-in GUI in matlab called "vqdtool". I want to use this GUI in a Matlab script which I can set the inputs of "vqdtool" externally and get the outputs (not in the GUI environment) but I do not know how to do it or even it is possible. Actually I do not have experience with GUIs. Can anyone help me please?

Do I understand correctly, that you do not want to use the GUI of vqdtool but only is calculations? Then I'd suggest to take a look into the code. Matlab's examples are written in a clean programming style and the actual calculations are not hidden inside callbacks, but separated functions. Re-using them is a fair idea.
