When a stateflow chart is inside an atomic system the debugging / animation appears not to work anymore

I seem to remember something I had to type on the command line to get to the instance of the atomic system that was actually running, but my memory has faded. Any help would be appreciated.

Paul - did you remember the command line way to do this? I'm having the same problem, can't animate my Stateflow chart inside an atomic subsystem.

Sorry Mark - I found the quickest way was to return it to a non-Atomic system, do my debugging and then return it to Atomic. Sorry but I'm sure that's not the answer you were hoping for.
