How can i encode 1 video files and 2 audio files in one mpeg file?

Hello guys I need to put 2 different audio files(.mp3) and 2 subtitle files on one video file(.avi) and it should be possible to change the subtitle or audio while the movie is playing(it should be possible to swap between subtitles by pressing one button and swap between audios by pressing another button ) I know it is somehow related to mpeg or h.264 standard but I know very little any help will be appreciated

Only the very latest released MATLAB version has any capability to create files that combine audio and video; my recollection is that the functionality is in the Computer Vision Toolbox. I suspect it does not handle subtitles.
