Confusing Simulink error: Derivative at time 0 is Inf or NaN

I am trying to implement SSSC with Wind turbine in Simulink. When I run, I am getting error:
Derivative input 1 of '/inverter2/3-phase PLL1/Variable Frequency Mean value/Integrator' at time 0 is Inf or NaN. Stopping simulation. There may be a singularity in the solution. If not, try reducing the step size (either by reducing the fixed step size or by tightening the error tolerances)"
Does anybody know what is the problem in this case?

If you search MathWorks Solution documents and bug reports with " singularity solution reducing", you will find a starting point for that.
Many of those advices are rather generic, but excellent starting points. I suppose the community can only help further with an example model.
