How can i attach compiler to Matlab?

hallo,

I have matlab R2013a, tried to build mex files using compiler windows7.1SDK and have installed it. i tried to find the compiler on my pc,which is no way working. no installatioon error while installing windows 7.1sdk. error message is

>> mex -setup

Error using mex (line 206) Unable to complete successfully.

Please help its urgent.
