what is the state space model of integrators in parallel?

As we know that the state space model of integrators in series is given by..
A=[0 1; 0 0] B=[0;1] C=[1 0]
What is the model for integrators in parallel? I computed it as follows:
A=1 B=1 & C=2..?
is it correct?
