How to execute a MDX query to fetch data from MS Analysis service cube

I am new to Matlab and want to know is it possible to execute a MDX query to fetch data from MS Analysis service cube.

I am also looking for a way to achieve this. Ideally I want to talk directly to the cube, rather than writing t-sql to talk to a linked server.

Does anyone have any insight into this?
