can't install arduino support package

I dowloaded arduino.mlpkginstall and I unziped it & placed it in current folder. When i right click i get next error dialog "Error using open (line 163) invalid option for regexprep: ."
I work as a professor and we need to install arduino support for simulink in a several PC's. We have a licensed version, so, what are we doing wrong?

I can't install the support package in matlab 2017a, "There was a problem downloading the support package. To resolve this issue, see this MATLAB Answer" how to I solved this problem ?
