Can any1 provide me the steps to convert Simulink model to C/C++ code using simulink coder?

I have generated C/C++ code of my model named NC_Model using simulink coder but when I tried to execute that on visula studio its showing an error that main function named NC_Model is not found. May be I have made any mistakes in steps for conversion Please share the whole procedure of code conversion along with how to execute that on any C/C++ paltform
