parfor used in cluster

hi I have a set of code with parfor logic to process data paralell which worked at single machine with mutliple workers. Now I try to use it at a cluster of computers but it show error. The error seems to be not able to find the M script. I have a few questions here 1) Do I need to have the same running env on every machine? I mean same code copied to same directory on every machine. Also same file directory to output data? 2) Anything esle I need to change in code for parfor? expecially sth to do with eval statement?
