expanding autoscale vertical axis by 10% ?

When working with digital logic, the scope autoscale feature is extremely frustrating, because it obscures the (logic 1) tops and (logic 0) bottoms of the square waves. I then need to go through the additional step of applying more useful axis scale values, such as -0.1 to 1.1. Is there an easy way to fix this now? Has Mathworks given any thought to fixing this in the next release, something like detecting the maximum excursion and then autoscaling by 10% more than that?
