NXT Toolbox Connection with Bluetooth

I am trying to use the bluetooth connection to control my Lego Robot. However, every time that I try to run any code, in order to run another code I have to turn off and turn on my robot or I get an error. Is there a way to continuously code without having to turn it off and on again?
