RFID & GSM notification based Electronic Toll Collection (ETC)
Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) is a technology that allows for electronic payment of tolls. An ETC system is able to determine if a vehicle is registered in a toll payment program, alerts enforcers of toll payment violations, and debits the participating account. Toll charges are generally based on mileage, maintenance requirements, or congestion levels. In recent years most ETC systems in general were based on using radio devices in vehicles that would use proprietary protocols to identify a vehicle as it passed under a gantry over the roadway.
Objective:
The objective of this project is to automate the toll gate and enabling it to identify the vehicle and payment made using RFID automation.
Scope:
This project is used to improve the automation in the toll gate by identifying the identity of coming vehicle and when the payment can be made using and RFID from the database detect the account and process the amount that to paid for the toll booth and generate the Amount Notification
Brief methodology:
This project is designed with
GSM Module
RFID card
Micro-controller
Alarm driver circuit with alarm
RFID reader
Lcd
Relay
MATLAB for DATABASE/ms-acess
Then the RFID card reader in the collection center recognizes the account of the owner and detects the amount for the pass through, than the identity is matched by the Data base by using the RS-232 . if the amount in the card is less than the amount to be paid the alarm is activated.
If the amount for the pass is collected from the RFID then the relay is activated and the gate is opened for the vehicle to leave the toll booth. and allowed the driver to move by displaying on the LCD and also controlling the Traffic signal.
finally the remaining amount detail associated with the RFID and the amount detected by the ECT system notified to the owner by sending the TEXT massage with GSM Module.

Automatic reorganization of vehicle makes transaction fool proof.
The amount collection is made electronic makes safer and accurate.
Government is always updated about the concern vehicle for security Agencies
The total cost of toll collection facility operations includes initial expenditures to establish the structures and support facilities hire and train personnel, among others. ETC transactions can be performed while vehicles travel at near highway cruising speed. Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) is used in cordoned urban areas, over bridges, in tunnels, in High Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes, on toll roads, or through turnpikes. ETC is fast becoming a globally accepted method of toll collection, a trend greatly aided by the growth of interoperable ETC technologies.

MATLAB is not used for data exchange and data storage in that project.

sir than how i can solve this , this is my final year project, have you any idea or suggestion for data storing on Laptop from PIC

Data can be stored on a laptop using MATLAB. But the project description you posted does not use MATLAB to do so. The project description does not use MATLAB at all. In itself it is not a MATLAB question and does not belong here.
To make the question relevant for here, you need to ask something specific. Not just "What is the code for this entire project".
